A Hearth Report answers all your burning questions about your house and property to help you make informed decisions about your biggest and most important investment.
With a Hearth Report you receive:
- Existing Conditions Drawings of your home - if a renovation
-Our opinion on the feasibility of the construction: new or renovated, based on the municipal bylaws, the condition of the home and your hopes and dreams
-An extensive Municipal Bylaw Analysis
-An extensive Site Analysis, taking into account unique site features, views, neighbours, natural light etc.
-Proposed floor plans, including multiple options and phasing if desired
-A three dimensional view of how your home may look
-An Opinion of Probable Costs of the project, including both hard and soft costs
-An Opinion of Schedule and Project Sequencing
